Bio

Felicity Ann Rogers graduated from the University of Adelaide with both a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (with honours). She went on to complete a Masters Degree in International Law at the Australian National University while working for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Canberra.

In 1994, she was appointed as a lawyer in the Royal Australian Navy. In that role she provided legal advice in matters involving public, administrative, commercial, international and criminal law. In 1999 she deployed to Dili, East Timor as legal adviser to the International Force in East Timor.

Since coming to the Bar in 2001, Felicity has established a practice in commercial, administrative and public law. She has conducted a large number of inquiries, particularly for the Department of Defence. She has appeared before various Commissions of Inquiry and Coronial Inquests.

Her commercial experience includes appearing in complex partnership and business disputes in both the Supreme and District Courts.
