Bio

Felicity Ann Rogers graduated from the University of Adelaide with both a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (with honours). She went on to complete a Masters Degree in International Law at the Australian National University.

Since coming to the Bar in 2001, she has established a practice in commercial and public law. Her commercial experience encompasses complex partnership and business disputes in the Supreme and District Courts.

She has appeared before various Commissions of Inquiry and Coronial Inquests as both Counsel Assisting and Counsel Representing.

She regularly conducts inquiries regarding operational and workplace matters for the Department of Defence, including in particular allegations of harassment, bullying and inappropriate behaviour.
